Cozy in Flagstaff
An absolute gem of a boutique hotel recently opened, and I of course figured out a way for us to check it out during our most recent drive across the country. ICYMI we are living a bi-coastal lifestyle for as long as humanly possible lol - it’s a lot! We go back to the east coast to hang with family for the summer when Palm Springs gets just a little too toasty, and we are currently renting out our space in PS and coming back in Feb. Now if we didn’t have a dog… we would most certainly be flying so we shall make the necessary sacrifice of driving until someone lets us borrow their private jet :)
(Sigh) but back to the high country… let’s get down to details!
The shower was great, the bed was super cozy. We got in fairly late, so we hung out by the fire with a cold beer after a solid 6-7 hour dent in the drive. In the morning we slowly made our way over to the restaurant, which was so good. They had these reallyyy tasty breakfast pizzas and coffee. Now we just need to come back to use the spa/sauna situation, because it looked pretty bomb. You really can’t go wrong hitting this place up during any season because I can see the pool being pretty amazing in the summer post-hike. If you’re in the area, driving through, or want a little stay-cation, check it out. She’s a beaut.
